Really miss paper or at the least a phone photo of my ticket. It was confusing and if something happened with phone or cell service it would be a no go. Once doors opened it was a quick entry and that was nice as it was a very cold wait outside. Has seats in upper section that were so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving early. Glady Knight put on a fabulous show and enjoyed every minute. Patti LaBelle took so much time with costume changes that she had lots of filler and didnt enjoy the interim entertainment much. Was still a nice evening out, but wont be attending anything at this venue again.
